I was wondering if anyone felt like doing a rimfire side match one Sunday down the road. I don't really know how to put one on, but I'm sure there are some guys out there that would like to give their .22 a workout.
Thoughts? _________________ "Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats."

A Carbine 10-22 match sounds like fun. _________________ -Chad |

Arrays of 5-7 steel targets. Start from low ready. Hits count. Steel does not have to fall. No reloads on the clock. Poppers can be leaned forward where they won't fall even with centerfire handguns. That way you can have static targets for multiple runs on each array.
Have a 10-15 yard box for rimfire handguns and a 20-25 yard box for rimfire rifle.
I'd stay for it. _________________ Steve J

I like that idea. I don't own a .22 rifle (Shame, I know), just two .22 Handguns. _________________ "Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats."

Ruger has a match set-up similar to that...
We will do one too!
Would anyone be interested in a evening shoot during the week? _________________ If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. Count me in on the evening match! I'm quite the bum for the next week or so. _________________ "Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats."
